Returns and Refund Policy

All sales are final unless your item(s) are damaged or defective. Exchanges are offered within 15 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are currently not accepted unless items are damaged or defective. If you incorrectly input your shipping address and your package ships out before the issue is addressed, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay new shipping charges (Buyer can opt for a refund minus shipping cost).

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us here and send your item to: 350 N. Glendale Ave. STE B-281 Glendale California US 91206. Exchanges are only applicable within 15 days of purchase.
If you are approved, we will send you a new item. If the item is no longer available, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Shipping

If a customer purchases any merchandise at ihascupquake.com, the customer agrees to fully pay for all charges, including taxes and shipping/handling fees, by credit card or with an approved payment method. Shipping fees include handling fees when applicable.
No refund on shipping charges will be allowed on any job once it has shipped.  ihascupquake.com ships jobs via USPS.  Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order for USPS for delivery.  Once a package is shipped, ihascupquake.com is not responsible and will not be liable for late or damaged packages during the shipping process.
Please keep in mind that shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is picked up by USPS.  Arrival dates are only estimates because they can be subject to unforeseen delays in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If our system flags your order for having an incomplete or invalid address, we will contact you twice via email to rectify the error. If we have not received a response after 10 business days, we will cancel and refund your order. These orders may take longer than our specified 2-3 business days policy to ship out orders.

**Holiday Bundles may take up to 7 business days to ship**

All items are shipped in new condition unless otherwise stated in the specific item description.

Acceptable forms of payment

We accept Paypal and Visa, Mastercard and Discovery credit cards. We also accept gift cards purchased on our website.

Other Shipping issues

If your local post office is requiring you to pay additional postage due to weight of the package, we will reimburse you.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Missing Items

If you have not received your domestic package within 14 business days, please send us an email within 21 business days to rectify the situation. After this time period, all sales are final. Most domestic orders are received within 7 business days.

If you have not received your international package within 25 business days, please send us an email within 30 business days to rectify the situation. After this time period, all sales are final. Most international orders are received within 15-20 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
